Food tasting of different products from La Laguna and the Anaga Biosphere Reserve, over two very special sessions with a limited number of participants. A guided gastronomic experience in which you will learn about the organoleptic properties of the local products, and which dishes/products they pair best with.


10 – 12 h. Workshop on green juices and healthy living with Naturalmente Margui.


Improve your eating habits with the properties contained in products from Anaga. During this workshop you will taste healthy and sustainable ingredients, which embody the beauty and varied climate of Anaga. You will also learn some simple recipes, for healthy green juices, cold stews and healthy sandwiches, among other things.


12 – 14 h. Taste the Biosphere. KM 0 brunch with products from Anaga, paired with wine.

Delicious brunch made up of KM 0 products from Anaga with La Gangochera de Anaga, including the following:

  • Fruit skewer.
  • Chilled soup of melon, yoghurt and spearmint.
  • Salad with tomatoes and soft cheese from Anaga.
  • Mini hamburgers of black pork and a small vegetable and quinoa pastry.
  • Assorted traditional sweets from Anaga.
  • Coffee or tea.


The brunch will be paired with a selection of local wines, with commentary from an oenologist from the Tegueste Winegrowing Association – AVITE.
