Food tasting of different products from La Laguna and the Anaga Biosphere Reserve, over two very special sessions with a limited number of participants. Guided gastronomic experiences in which you will learn about the organoleptic properties of the local products, and which dishes/products they pair best with.


10 – 12: Signature cocktail tasting (Beatriz Pitti)

Tasting of three cocktails (two alcohol-free, made with natural fruits, and one with a vermouth base), by Beatriz Pitti, originally from Tegueste in Tenerife and one of Spain’s best cocktail makers.


12 – 14: Taste the Biosphere. KM 0 brunch with products from Anaga, paired with wine and vermouth.

Delicious burnch made up of KM 0 products from Anaga, from La Gangochera de Anaga, including the following:

  • Fruit skewer.
  • Chilled melon, yoghurt and spearmint soup.
  • Salad with tomatoes and soft cheese from Anaga.
  • Mini black pork hamburgers and a small vegetable and quinoa pastry.
  • Assorted traditional sweets from Anaga.
  • Coffee or tea.

The brunch will be paired with a selection of local wines and vermouth, with commentary from oenologist José Vera, from Sibaris Gourmet.
